Guidelines

• The Nuptial Ceremony Director of the parish will assist the Bride and Groom in their preparation for the sacrament of matrimony. Reservation must be made at least (3) months to (1) year in advance.

Requirements

• BIRTH CERTIFICATE of child, from municipality

• For the Parents or Guardians, MARRAGE CONTRACT (if maried in catholic church) or BAPTISMAL CONFIORMATION CERTIFICATE.

• For the God Father and God Mother, MARRACE CONTRACT or BAPTISMAL CONFIRMATION CERTIFICATE.

Requirements

• SEMINAR CARD, proof of Parents or Guardian and God Parents.

• PERMIT (ORIGINAL COPY), from the Parish of IMMACULATE CONCEPTION.

For Baptismal Reservation Request

• for the child above 7 years old, communicate to Parish Office for the other Requirements.

• For blessings of individuals, groups, and items, you may approach the Priest after the Mass.

• For Condominium units, Houses, Offices, and Stores. (By appointment at least three days before the scheduled date.)
