• Visit the Parish to submit the accomplished forms and settle the reservation.

Step 4

• Schedule an appointment with our parish office for nuptial ceremony planning.

Guidelines

• The Nuptial Ceremony Coordinator of the parish will assist the Bride and Groom in their preparation for the sacrament of matrimony. Reservation must be made at least (3) months to (1) year in advance.

Requirements

• BIRTH CERTIFICATE of the child, from the municipality

• For the Parents or Guardians, MARRIAGE CONTRACT (if married in the Catholic Church) or BAPTISMAL AND CONFIRMATION CERTIFICATE.

• For the Godfather and Godmother, MARRIAGE CONTRACT or BAPTISMAL AND CONFIRMATION CERTIFICATE.

For those not covered by the parish or from other areas

• SEMINAR CARD, proof of Parents or Guardians, and Godparents.

• PERMIT (ORIGINAL COPY) from the Parish of IMMACULATE CONCEPTION.

For Baptismal Reservation Request

• for the child above 7 years old, communicate to Parish Office for the other Requirements.

• Confessions are held every Wednesday and Friday from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM.

• ANOINTING OF THE SICK, COUNSELING, etc:
By Appointment.

Blessings

• For blessings of individuals, groups, and items, you may approach the Priest after the Mass.

• For Condominium units, Houses, Offices, and Stores. (By appointment at least three days before the scheduled date.)
